  3. Assessment: Requests are reviewed within 24 hours
  4. Settlement: Approved refunds are processed within standard banking timelines

3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • PayPal / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7–10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration or licensing costs
  • Services used beyond the 24-hour refund window
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations

5. Partial Refunds

  • Resource consumption
